Acrylic and enamel paint are poured and pushed around on the surface with hand tools rather than brushes to create an entirely open-ended composition, without a clear figure or ground. The composition is improvised and worked through from every angle, so that there is not a final orientation until the last stages. Mirror Mirror embodies our cosmic spirit in time and space with an altered point of view, as we inwardly gaze into our reflection.
