Accessibility

Accessibility Questions?
Kusama has limited accessibility for those with limited mobility. If you have questions or concerns about accessibility in relation to this exhibition, please email access@icamiami.org for more information.

I have sensory sensitivities or am uncomfortable with closed/dark spaces. Is there anything I should know about this exhibition?
Yayoi Kusama’s All the Eternal Love I Have for the Pumpkins is a dark, mirrored room that is approximately 14 x 28 x 20 feet in size. Inside, there are inflated, illuminated pumpkin-like forms on the floor. The doors of the room are closed after guests enter to allow for full immersion in the installation.

Visitors with sensitivities to dark or enclosed spaces or multisensory environments may not feel comfortable in the work. Visitors may request for the door to remain open if needed.

I am a teacher, can I schedule to bring my classroom?
Tours and group visits for K–12, college, adult, senior, and special needs groups can be requested through ICA Miami’s Education & Community Engagement department. For information about availability and scheduling please email youthtours@icamiami.org.
