Saturday Art Prep at ICA Miami
ICA Miami's Saturday Art Prep classes are designed to help participants improve their drawing and painting skills while allowing them to experiment with traditional and contemporary approaches through the lens of the museum’s exhibitions.
Classes are offered for 8-10 and 11-13 year olds with age appropriate curriculum focusing on foundational art skills at a beginner level.
Our classes for 11-13 year olds will also help improve your student's skills in preparation for ICA's Summer Portfolio Prep course, offered to guide students in developing a competitive portfolio for the artschool application process. Participants will also tour ICA Miami’s exhibitions in connection with their studies.
Classes begin Saturday, October 19 from 11:30 am-12:30 pm and 2-3 pm. Classes run consecutively for 6 weeks and end Saturday, November 23.
Registration ends Wednesday, October 16.
Cost: $200 for non-members; $140 for Family Members and above.
