Join ICA Miami and Dr. Rinaldo Walcott for a new lecture, “Towards a Re-enchantment with Diaspora: Reparations and Black Art Making,” presented in conjunction with the Art + Research Center Fall Semester 2019, “The Black Hemisphere.”

From Dr. Walcott: “This lecture explores the problem of Black diaspora art and its multiple connections across and against the national in the era of reparations. In this talk, I call for a re-enchantment diaspora thinking against the insistence and reservations of nationalisms of all kinds.”
