Family Day

Sun, Dec 19, 2021

Family Day is a free monthly event welcoming children of all ages and abilities to engage in artmaking, interactive storytelling, and other special activities at ICA Miami.

This month we celebrate our Narratives community engagement program, featuring a semi-annual Student Exhibition. Under the supervision of teaching artist Dani Acosta, students completed original canvas murals, using references as diverse as their own neighborhoods, cave paintings, and Miami’s Wynwood Walls to understand how art becomes history.

Accessibility during Family Day

Please contact us at 305-901-5272 for any accommodation requests. Please note interpretation requests require a two-week notice. ICA Miami also offers an inclusive and quiet sensory-friendly space during the event.
