Family Sundays at ICA Miami: Movement
Kittenberger, ICA Miami Cat-in-Residence, invites you to our Family Sundays Series, which welcomes children of all abilities to engage in contemporary art through a variety of activities and make connections with ICA’s artists and exhibitions. Each Sunday, ICA offers FREE, 1-hour workshops that will engage families in either storytelling, art-making, or movement.
Movement with Jenna
Body movement is a creative movement session. We will warm up the body, activating spatial and personal awareness. Then we will play improvisation games that will generate fun movement ideas within the group. We will create simple performances based on the improv using music, vocalization, and elements of drawing. These sessions are high energy and great for expanding the imaginative creative mind.
Reserve Tickets
No unattended children, parents/guardians are required to stay with their child. Reserved tickets are required for all ages, including infants. Tickets are available until 11:45 am on the day of the workshop. The earliest time for check-in is 11:00 a.m. Workshop starts promptly at 11:30 a.m. No more than 4 tickets per group.
