Celebrate First Fridays at ICA Miami with free virtual performances by Berlin-based electronic music artist Rui Ho, ma9s ft. London DJ Felicita, and Italian producer Gabber Eleganza.


This virtual presentation is free and open to the public and is presented by the museum’s Innovation Partner, MINI.


About Rui Ho

Berlin-based Chinese producer, Rui Ho, combines defiant eclecticism with giddy euphoria. Rui makes high-velocity, hyperactive dance music that defies easy categorization. With an elastic set of references spanning ballroom culture to Chinese folklore to hard trance, her music represents a vivid queer futurism fit for our frantic present.

About ma9s ft. Felicita

ma9s is a Shanghai based performance artist and designer whose multidisciplinary performances incorporate traditional and contemporary dance, CGI, and elaborate costuming.

Felicita is a London-based producer and DJ who creates soundscapes exploring the vernaculars of trance and hyper-pop. He has been featured in prominent collaborations with SOPHIE and makes up half of Lipgloss Twins with A.G. Cook.

About Gabber Eleganza

Italian Artist, DJ, and Producer Ablerto Guerrini has long endeavored to bridge “the sonic landscape and aesthetic side of hardcore and post-rave cultures, and the contemporary culture of music and art”, Gabber Eleganza started as an archive of rave images and ephemera. The name would become the moniker for Geurrini’s musical output. In 2019 he launched a record label, Never Sleep, under the same ethos.
