ICA Next Meets Fountainhead Residency

ICA Miami invites ICA NEXT level members and above to a special event at The Fountainhead Residency. Hosted by Fountainhead Residency founder and curator Kathryn Mikesell, members will receive a private viewing of the studios and meet current resident artists Avi Alpert (NYC), Anthea Behm (Australia), Lauren Halsey (Los Angeles), and Richard Mudariki (Zimbabwe).

About Fountainhead Studios

Founded in 2008 and located in Miami, The Fountainhead is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the arts through community building, providing workspace for local artists via Fountainhead Studios, and enriching Miami’s arts and cultural community via the Fountainhead Residency for national and international artists.

The Fountainhead Residency infuses Miami with artistic talent from around the world. Artists are invited to live and work in Miami for up to two months. The Residency host 3-4 artists at a time and between 30-40 artists per year. To date over 300 artists from 36 countries have taken part in the residency.
