ICA Speaks: Roe Ethridge
ICA Miami’s inaugural ICA Speaks program begins with a talk by world-renowned photographer Roe Ethridge, whose work over the last decade has radically altered the relationship between fashion and fine art photography. His work has been featured in the Whitney and Lyons Biennials, and is in permanent collections of leading museums worldwide. In 2015, two significant works by Ethridge were gifted to the museum by Javier and Monica Mora. For his talk, Ethridge discusses the role of women and gender in his work.
ICA Miami's digital video channel is made possible by the Knight Foundation, and positions artists at the center of the conversation, while expanding the museum's reach to meet a growing global audience by producing monthly exhibition stories, interviews, public lectures, and more.
