Charles Aubin
ICA Miami welcomes Performa curator Charles Aubin to ICA Seminars. He will present a new body of research entitled Dance in the White Cube. Over the past decade, dance has increasingly been incorporated into museums’ and art centers’ programs. As a result, curator and theorists must contend with how an ephemeral art is displayed and preserved within the setting of the white cube. How does the gallery bring to the way we look and experience dance?”
