About Spinello Projects

Spinello Projects is a Miami-based contemporary art program founded in 2005. The gallery supports and promotes the work of artists with unorthodox and experimental practices. Its mission: to initiate fundamental changes in Miami’s visual landscape and to present new aesthetic challenges to a broader global viewership.

Spinello Projects, and its individual artists, have participated in prestigious international contemporary art events including Art Basel Miami Beach, Art Los Angeles Contemporary, Art Berlin Contemporary, ARTBO, and Frieze New York.

International publications have covered both the gallery and its artists, including New York Times, New York Magazine, ARTFORUM, ARTINFO, ArtAsia Pacific, The Miami Herald, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, and TIME.

Major public institutions have housed works and projects from Spinello Projects’ roster such as Guggenheim Museum, MOMA/P.S.1, Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami, Faena Arts Center, Denver Art Museum, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, and Perez Art Museum Miami.
